What happens once I sign up?
When you sign up you credit card will be charge automatically for the first month of services plus a once off set up fee. We will then ask you to complete a simple onboarding questionnaire and identify the key priorities for you campaigns. One of top account strategists will then book in a time with you to go through things in detail. We aim to get ads up and running within 7 days of starting!
How often do you report back to me?
Once you sign up and we get your account set up, you’ll have access to an interactive LIVE reporting portal. Of course, we know a lot of people won’t want to login and check results for themselves, so you’ll also receive a regular monthly report from us. You can also drop us a line any time if you need an update.
Can I cancel?
Yes, our plans are billed month to month and you can cancel at any time via our self service portal. That being said, we get great results so we think it’s unlikely that you’ll ever want to cancel!
